Peter Virdee
Peter Virdee has been in the property business for over 15 years. He started his career running the family business, developing residential care homes. Peter joined forces with Bharat Thakrar to become a formidable team in the UK market building a strong portfolio in mixed-use investments. He also focused on vast developments in India with his father, specialising in staff accommodation and warehousing.
Bharat Thakrar
Bharat Thakrar - "BT", came to the UK from India in 1977 and worked as an accountant with a firm of Chartered Accountants for seven years. Thereafter he joined the family business trading in wines and spirits worldwide. Since 1995 BT has focused on residential and commercial property and is a founder partner of B&S Property.
Micha-Rose Emmett
Micha trained and qualified as a South African lawyer specialising in commercial litigation and administrative law. She also qualified as conveyancer before moving to London. Micha has since gained substantial experience within the UK's Property Industry. Since joining B&S Property, she has been involved in a number of site purchases and oversees all the due diligence with both the Corporate and Real Estate legal teams.
